Approved organizations and community members may use school facilities for their activities and special events.  Facility Usage Request Form

Please contact the Business Office at 708-333-0300 ext. 29 to verify dates before completing any paperwork. School facilities are very actively used by student groups and activities. School groups always have priority and will bump all other non-school reservations if necessary. 

All Facility Usage Applications must include a current Certificate of Insurance listing the school district as additionally insured. All Facility Usage Applications must be approved by the Board of Education to use a school district facility.
