Campaign Goals
Read 25 books from September 12, 2022, until May 24, 2023
Make sure you choose books that are just right for your reading level
In order for student to receive credit for reading a book, the student will complete a log entry for each book read or other activities that show that a book has been read.
The number of books read will be recorded by student & parent and turned in at the Bryant Library Center.
Monthly reading goals have been set. Students reaching the monthly goal qualify for receiving incentive prizes.
Monthly Reading Goals:
To help students slowly reach the goal of reading 25 books, monthly standards have been set:
- September 30th – 2 books
- October 30th – 4 books
- November 24th – 7 books
- December 24th – 11 books
- January 29th – 15 books
- February 27th – 18 books
- March 31st – 21 books
- April 30th – 23 books
- May 24th – 25 books
How can parents help reach this goal.....
Ideally…
We would like for students to read 25 minutes a night at home
Yes, this means turn-off the television, video games, music, cell phones and the computer. In order to make-time to read.
Its up to parents to reinforce the importance of taking the time to read at home.
